| We're going to get cracking on painting Ealing Bowls Club this coming Saturday (4th May). If the the weather forecast is to believed "the temperature will be just right and an excellent time for outdoor fitness"! If you're up for helping come down anytime from 10am. All are more than welcome. Backgammon in Ealing offers generous hospitality packages too. Thank you to everyone so far who has been in touch to offer their support, time and materials. To Nigel, for the tip off about the community repaint scheme (which we followed up, but can't make use of because it is a private club); to Fiona and Tony for the spare paint and brushes; to Mark Ryan of Ryan Property Services for donating materials; and to Michael and Roger who have offered their valuable time to help out with the painting. Finally a big thanks to the lovely Annemarie at Ealing Today for the extra publicity she gave us. Ealing Bowls Club is at 1 Craven Road, W5.
