| At the Planning Committee Site Visit on Saturday 9th March 2013, neighbours were barred from accompanying the Council officers and members of the committee on their inspection of the property (although everyone was welcomed to view from No.41 next door). The neighbours were told that "the lady resident" of No.43 did not wish neighbours to be allowed to view. In fact, no one has been residing at the house for almost 1½ years, since Mr & Mrs N.Woodward left Ealing for Richmond. At night, it's unlit with no car in the front garden. As previously noted, the developer's Agents De Matos Ryan put the Applicant's address down as 43 Castlebar Road and also named the Applicant developer as "Dr Sahota Onkar" and that is how the Council registered the name. Likewise, the Land Registry Wales Office were also informed that the address of the freeholder is 43 Castlebar Road (as apposed to the property site address). It is strange that the Agents (who are also the project Architects) do not know the name and address of their own VIP client! If there really was a lady "resident" at No.43, I am sure that she would not wish her home to be left open, unlocked and exposed to any stranger or would-be squatter walking straight in through the open side gate which leads to the back of the property with the door banging all night in the wind. This is not very considerate to neighbours even if the owner does not even seem to care about the safety of his own property. |
