| I have not heard of any appeal being lodged as yet. The side gates were banging in the wind again the other night at 43. I got my dressing gown on and my torch ready, but reneged on my intention when I discovered it was also pouring. I have also been told off by my other half for the folly of wandering around in my pyjamas in the wee small hours - someone could be lurking in the bushes intent on harm. I therefore had to wait till a reasonable hour and then tell him to go and sort it out, which he did. I just cannot understand how the owner of a valuable property like 43 can let it become so uncared for, no matter what his future intentions. Doesn't someone at least have a key for the front side gate so that it can be locked? Cannot someone make sure all three side gates are secured? As it stands, anyone can walk in off the street right down the side alleyway round into the back garden. Anything could happen and it's not how I would treat a £1.4 million investment. |
