| The latest postings refer to complaints that the planning decision notice of refusal did not follow what the committee had said and flagged up as the grounds for refusal and you say notes taken differ from the wording that followed in the notice 6 days after the event. Richmond Council was mentioned in previous comments and if you check their web site under Planning Committees, it shows their solution saying:- "Welcome to London Borough of Richmond upon Thames webcasting page. Following the successful webcast of full Council on 13 September 2011, the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames will now be webcasting all Planning Committee and Full Council meetings from 13 October, as part of its commitment to making its democratic processes as transparent and accountable as possible. If you have a computer and a broadband internet connection you will be able to watch the meetings live and for up to six months afterwards. By clicking the webcast library tab above you can access all webcast meetings held in the last six months." If Ealing Council did the same, there could be no argument about what was actually said. |
