| Do your deeds actually state that your house wall is a party wall? Would the actual builder have intended that? It can be a boundary wall with the entire wall being on your side of the boundary. As we know, a boundary line is microscopic and invisible. Can he actually prove that the boundary line runs through your wall? To answer my own question, I guess so if the deeds say so. I have read that is possible to attach something to another's wall if there is not visible damage such as a single screw but surely not an entire wall. Sahota evidently has been down this road before -lot of experience with the planning department and has won an appeal before if I read that right. There is certainly is a lot of Sahota's making planning applications. I wonder if they are all related as some even have the family name Singh in the middle. |
