They dismiss this as an objection because they point out that there is a gate at the side of the house. There's a big difference between merely a side gate of maybe a few inches in depth at the entrance of a side passage compared to building a side extension over 30 foot in depth and joined onto another person's detached house! The Planning Report is illogical. Do they actually believe all this rubbish they write? |
