| Problem is, Anna, that Dr. Sahota has registered no.43 as his residence, not a second home, with both Ealing Council and the Land Registry. This is demonstrably untrue and must surely be breaking a law. I know people do this (lots of politicians "flip" their houses) so they can sell without paying CGT, but whether that is relevant in this case I would not know. |
