| Isn't it a policy by Ealing Council that if a second home remains empty then they will repossess it and let it out to the people waiting on the housing register as they do not have enough properties. Well if that is correct, Dr Onkar Sahota has never lived in this property(now over 16 months) so why hasn't the council done anything. UNLESS the Dr has his family working in the council or personally knows the 'top' people so of course he can bend the rules. This is Ealing and we know that the council is corrupt. Just a few years ago, a councillor was caught with porn images on his computer. A SENIOR Ealing councillor has resigned from his party after pornographic images were allegedly found on his work computer. Cllr Philip Portwood, 46, a Labour councillor who served the East Acton ward resigned from the Ealing Labour Group last week after the Standards Board for England began an investigation into images allegedly found on his Ealing Council computer at his Acton home. Cllr Portwood is a former mayor of Ealing who also held key roles with the London Fire Authority and Association of London Government. |
