| If your collection is missed it is important to report it. If reported missed before a certain time you used to be sure that it would be collected the following day. Then you would happily either bring it out early the next morning or leave it there overnight. Just imagine how much worse it would be if it were wheelie bins we were having to haul backwards and forwards. We'd look like Brent with wheelie bins all over the pavement, rolling into parked cars and front gardens like wheelie bin parks. Isn't there a PDF schedule on the LBE website that you can download so you can tell when your next garden waste collection is due? No? Oh silly me it's just sensible Councils that do that, giving their residents the power to work WITH the collection company for the smooth delivery of a service that the residents pay for. |
