| The police SHOULD NOT BE TO BUSY TO DEAL WITH THIS. Might I suggest that on the basis of your logic the council should set up a department of social help that provides social work support for those people that are entitled to care and help from Ealing Council but the Ealing Council Social Services department is unable to help because it is just "too busy" or does not have the resources to help. The answer is to fix what is broken (Ealing's less-then-effective police force) rather then creating new pseudo-law-enforcement departments within the council such as envirocrime, dog control, etc. |
