Yes it would cost more to adjust the contract than all the money saved in the electric bill no doubt. Outsource/PFI contractors do not take on the risks involved as their lawyers make sure that variances in the contracts are punishable by heavy penalties. invented by two brain willets, loved by brown and now favoured by lansley. It would make sense if Paul Daniels was chancellor but these hair brained ideas come from so called educated economists..... |
