Owners of many rental properties in Hounslow do not want their investments/activities to be noticed by the authorities, so quite often registering to vote whilst in rented accomodation, especially a shared house, is not allowed by the landlord/owner. A form has to be returned, it does not have to include everyone eligible to vote. |
