It's most laudable that the correct markings have been placed/restored.

It would be an even greater feat to actually enforce them!

On a slightly different note:
has the council considered extending the two vehicle parking bay on the Haven Green diagonal road to four vehicles?

There always seems to be at least one vehicle extra in that part.

It also begs the question that the bays have a five minute parking time. Why isn't this enforced? Can't the nearby tower camera turn that far?

Enforcement of parking regulations is an absolute joke.

I don't suppose that this borough is any different from any other, but that's not the point - rules are rules, aren't they?  Or has nearly everyone gone soft in the head after 12 years plus of Labour?
