| Renters/Transients mostly don't really care about their locality so Labour controlled LBE takes full advantage of that. I also suspect that most Renters/Transients may vote Labour. If we still had the number of Owner Occupiers that LBE enjoyed decades ago things I am sure would be very different and better now, they certainly were under the Conservative run LBE. Sadly, I expect the decline will continue. |
