| Where exactly are these HGV's doing their 3-point turns? Around the Manor Road & Drayton Road junction I am assuming? Did you ask ANY of the HGV drivers why they are doing a 3-pt turn? My bet is that they would have told you it is because they have a Banksman there to assist them to get back on the Argyle Road SAFELY and quickly! It also may be to do with an instruction for drivers to do so in the Method Statement. Heard the term 'disinformation' on here before? |
