Hello, I'm working on an upcoming BBC News Investigation into cloned car number plates, and I'm keen to follow up on a case from Feb 2023 that was reported on this site. It involved a 37-year-old, Rajdeep Kaur, who was crossing onto a central refuge on North Hyde Lane with her 13-month-old daughter and who was knocked over by a BMW exhibiting cloned plates.
