I believe what is happening now is enabling works, effectively clearing the site before the building proper starts. There is no contractor to build the flats yet and it's not clear if Wilmott Dixon have been approved to building the leisure centre. The flats have outline planning permission, which suggests there are some more hoops to jump through. |
