| The reason I asked, Peter, is because I have driven all the vehicles you mentioned at one time or another. When driving lorries, I certainly didn't feel attacked, whether by Sadiq Kahn or Tel or anyone else. Driving cars and vans, I see the changes happening over the years, but I could not describe it as a 'war' (even metaphorically). I understand that there is plenty in life that is annoying, frustrating, and sometimes infuriating, but there has to be an element of curiosity and imagination over why changes happen, and how important things are in the grander scheme of things. Defining oneself solely by one's means of transport is quite an extreme position. Why would anyone box themselves in like that? |
