| Totally agree with Anthony Hawran's comment. It's very naive of anyone to give their bank details to Ealing Council who, let's face it, couldn't organise a pea soup in a Heinz factory. For peace of mind and security of one's financial affairs, pay the 'council tax' by one's own hand, monthly. |
