| That’s a question that Government inspectors will test the Council on when they arrive in June to examine in public the Borough’s new local plan. The answer matters since the new local plan is supposed to guide all new development in the Borough. The inspectors want to know if the Council’s vision for the kind of Ealing it wants to create is ambitious, yet realistic, and whether its objectives for achieving its vision are clearly set out and measurable.
