The whiff of stagnant sewerage has suddenly become a stench.

The impossible to get information on the sale offer of the Lammas park Lodge already smelled dodgy. along with the debacle of the Park being sacrificed for an unfathomanble scheme with no actual facts.

Then there's the missives in developer led media sites that make similar claims to 2700 homes in the vicinity being at high flood risk -all good to drive down site purchases. and all spoon fed from where?

And dodgy it is.

Not only has it been sold to a a pop up company called "East Lodge Lammas Limited, but a planning application to demolish the Lodge has gone in with plans for a 6 story developments of flats which will be within the park and right next to a consideration area and the oldest two dwellings in Ealing.

There is a link with some of the characters involved here and you will have to work it out.

But insider deals and explains the smoke and mirrors of the enabling works for such developments.

The rest will no doubt be in Private Eye but work it out for yourselves. It's blatant enough.

And again the wall of silence and aloofness from several while clearly some done deals being brokered for selling part of the park off and demolishing an asset of the park.

I wonder, I wonder if this is why the Conservation area extension has been inexplicably delayed and quietly dropped ?
