| Here you go 1 All road users should pay to use the road and this should be in line with the amount of usage. 2 Roads should not be a cash cow for governments and local authorities 3. All roads must be well maintained and safe to use 4. Road users who are unable to obey the rules of the road should have the priveledge to use them removed 5 All road users should be fully insured to compensate other roasd users for any damage in the result of accident. 6.Road users should recognise that all users have equal rights to the road and should recognise that they may not have priority. 7 The road is an important link between people communities and employment and should not be dominated by individuals and companies. 8. Changes to roads in all areas must be allowed to improve the quality of life for individuals, commerce and community. |
