| That’s right Eric. If we apply it to hospitals, for example, how would we ideally like them to look? The answer is probably less waiting time, pleasant surroundings to encourage rest and recuperation, staff with time to spend on patients. Healthy food. Outdoor space. Fresh air. Libraries? How is this possible? Maybe with more referrals to GPs. More advice and help on how to avoid having to visit in the first place. Change the way admin is done. I’m not an expert, but those are my starting points. Of curse a utopian hospital is one that’s never used as everyone is healthy, but of course that’s impossible. I’m asking for something in between that and what it is now. So now the same with roads: how do you ideally want them to look? |
