| There are wards in Southall that are like Hell's Kitchen with open dealing, open prostitution, dreadful health inequalities and obvious poverty. Of course they elect Labour because they know that nothing will change while the focus is on building blocks of future slums some from vested interests and many through blind. community lead, ignorance. |
