Dear Lovely Neighbours, We are hosting a free event at our office in Hammersmith.  "Brain Health & Well-Being for Dementia". We will have experts talking about the importance of hydration, well-being for your brain to help prevent dementia in later years, and brain health tips for those with dementia. This event is open to all and is completely free.  There will be cakes and treats and a prize draw with £150 Tesco vouchers to be won.
