The Sahel has always been home to nomadic tribes and wandering herbivores. Using the same language my councillors preferred "roving surgeries" rather than the real thing. Maybe now they Rai and Shaw could rove up to leeland Road (Farmers' Market) to see the now quenched parklet. This that no resident asked for and no one wanted. Just another £4,000 wasted; oh x 3 = £12,000. Do readers know of any more? |
