| it got cancelled last 2 years due to covid but Kew Midsummer Fete is back this Saturday 18th June on Kew Green, 11am til 6pm, best to take tube/walk/cycle as bad roadworks on Kew Bridge. Lots of the usual attractions, friendly Dog Show with actor Sally Phillips judging, funfair, over 110 stalls, craft marquee, beer tent being run by Coach & Horses pub, tea tent, plenty of food stalls, live music and some local dance and karate clubs on stage, tug of war, mobile farm and inflatables for kids plus Brentford FC's bee mascots are appearing. All in aid of local charities with lucky dip and charity raffle, no entry fee and looks like sunny weather too! |
