on November 2nd I contacted the Council asking for my emails via a Subject Access Request , the rules normally give the council 1 calendar month to comply. The council have now informed me that they need 3 months to complete this every simple task
considering I have a remote hearing on Thursday i am unable to present the court my evidence , do you think its acceptable that the council can give themselves more than 3 calendar months to complete such a straightforward request especially when the evidence is required for a court case ? |
