The detached Victorian house at 59 Eaton Rise, Ealing W5 is now up for sale. It is described as being a "Locally-Listed" and "Period Eight bedroom" property of over 4000sqft. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/114806942#/?channel=RES_BUY In the above-referenced advertising material, mention is made of a planning approval to redevelop the property as 7 flats - but I do not see any mention of the valid restrictive covenant which burdens the property and impedes the proposed redevelopment - as per the recent Decision by the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) on 21st September 2021 awarding the sum of £224,000 Compensation to neighbouring residents in Elmcroft Close should the covenant be modified so as to allow the proposed redevelopment to go ahead.
