The detached Victorian house at 59 Eaton Rise, Ealing W5 is now up for sale. It is described as being a "Locally-Listed" and "Period Eight bedroom" property of over 4000sqft.

In the above-referenced advertising material, mention is made of a planning approval to redevelop the property as 7 flats - but I do not see any mention of the valid restrictive covenant which burdens the property and impedes the proposed redevelopment - as per the recent Decision by the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) on 21st September 2021 awarding the sum of 224,000 Compensation to neighbouring residents in Elmcroft Close should the covenant be modified so as to allow the proposed redevelopment to go ahead.
