| Re. 'no longer book online GP appointments'. It's the same situation with the/my GP surgery in Hanwell. The reason given is that the surgery wants to keep patient visits to the practice to a minimum, in response to covid control. To book an appointment, a phone call to reception is required, to 'vet' the importance of the patients' needs. |
