Do good looks matter in politics? Ladies (and some gentlemen) are swooning over handsome new Conservative  MP Dr Luke Evans.   Check out his photographs and see what you think. If I were still living in the village where I was born, he would be my MP, but here I am in Ealing, stuck with Rupa Huq.  She's not only Labour but she doesn't even have designer stubble like Dr Evans, at least not in places where it shows.
