Thank you both. Eventually, my friend who was the visitor and definitely hd more patience than me worked it out. The LBE website is pretty hopeless and of course in this day and age it is impossible to speak to someone for help. Pay by Phone customer service is just as bad. Never mind I am fully conversant now. When you open up pay-by-phone go to the top right hand corner for the menu then press permit and hopefully all will be plain sailing after that !! good luck |
