Fraud aside, what is particularly galling is the known, uncollected council tax (and business rates) that Ealing Council seem incapable of recovering. Again, laying the blame at alleged circumstances out of their control. It's weird that residents are informed that the (alleged) 'positive aspects' of Ealing are as a direct result of the skilled Council. But the 'bad stuff' is always because of circumstances 'out of the Council's control'. LOL. What a risible croc they really are. >>> The Council had £18.4 million of council tax arrears and £18 million of business rates arrears at 1 April 2018.
