Then how about friends and family of those who died - do we as a country just say "Bad luck, your loved one just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time" and wash our hands on the whole thing. A public analysis of the exact time line of events, up to and including the aftermath, should help in emergency planning for when such an event takes place in future. And that, sad to say, is highly likely. |
