If i remember correctly, when the council shut down our public toilets they cited the bogs in our libraries as one of the alternatives. When they shut down something it was always "it can be done at the library". The local office at the Lady Margaret roundabout is an excellent example. The local libraries were more than libraries, they were for a while a vital service. I guess it's not only bulls that come out with it. |
