| I have noticed the same litter problem that Graham Weeks describes in Hanwell affecting the lanes behind the golf course, Scotch Common, Horsenden Hill, especially in the summer,as well as groups of young men drinking and then openly urinating in the park and the street. Perhaps the officers could tackle some of these offenders, I certainly didn't feel like pointing out the law to them! |
