Dear All,

Some of you know that I have been working on this nuisance of the SSE works, who originally told me they will be finished by the February half term (meeting last July 2015).
Since then they have failed with providing me with a full and acceptable written response to their delays. They've been paying lip service to the residents of Ealing and those just over the border in Hounslow.

I have received so many emails from residents angered due to the works and I am following this thread. I know their Community (!) PR chap is also reading this and previous threads. Whilst I accept some of the works are necessary they should be efficiently (lean/Six Sigma) carried out with minimal disruption to road users and residents.

I have been keeping the SSE CEx updated with the problems that I am aware of and the poor project management of these works.
However, for the CEx to have it from the horse's mouth, I urge you all to write to Alistair Phillips-Davies (alistair.phillips-davies@sse.com) with your comments (good and bad).

Gosh, this reminds me of the Amey waste and recycling contract fiasco.
