I'm not sure there is an Ealing specific flavour to honey. My next door neighbour says his honey contains more lime than usual due to the trees in our street. And the planting along the Central line embankment at the bottom of the garden will bring in different sources of nectar. But a mile away, bees may be finding very different food sources. |
